What happens if a draw doesn't sell out?
The draw will always go ahead regardless of the ticket sales. We never extend draw dates and can guarantee they will happen live on the advertised date.
Will i receive a confirmation email when i purchase a ticket(s)?
Yes. Once you have purchased a ticket you will receive a confirmation email that includes your ticket numbers. If you have not received this, don’t forget to check your junk folders.
How can i view my ticket number(s)?
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and ticket numbers. You can also log into your account and check your active and past tickets numbers.
If i win, how long will it take for my prize to be delivered?
Larger prizes will be hand-delivered from a Lucky Line team member within 5 days of the winner being announced. Smaller prizes can arrive much sooner. All deliveries are free of charge.
How many entrants am i allowed in any one draw?
This can change for each competition. Please check the item descriptions for each individual competition.

How will i be notified if i win?
You will be contacted by telephone within 24 hours of winning and if you win one of our Jackpot End Prizes you will be contacted immediately after the live draw. If there is no answer or an incorrect number on your account we will contact you by email.
How is a winner selected?
Once the competition closes, we use our verified random ball selector to perform a live draw via our Facebook and YouTube pages.
